Flexilodice is a flexible intumescent seal based in graphite. When exposed to heat this intumescent material expands to at least 10 times its initial thickness making it an effective barrier to fire, hot gases and hot smoke. It’s thin profile and flexibility allow it to be easily attached around door mounting surfaces with little to no waste. Flexilodice is available as a fire seal or as a combination of fire and cold/hot smoke protection. This product is available in several sizes and colors.
